What delivery options are available?

When checking out you will be able to select what delivery options you prefer, you can either collect your order from the post office, or your order can be delivered to your nominated location by our approved delivery partner

How much does the delivery cost?

It depends on your location. The charges are calculated based on your location. Before making any payments make sure to check on the summary page where it will be displayed. 

How can I track my order?

Can I send someone on my behalf to collect my order?

Orders are released to third parties upon confirmation from you through our various communication channels that someone is collecting for you, or if we have proof(order notification email) that the individual is picking it up on your behalf.

How long does delivery take after ordering?

Your purchase will be delivered within a day or two. If we face challenges with the delivery we will notify you as early as possible.

How do I place my order?

The ordering process is very simple;

Check out and provide your delivery details and address

Lastly, to complete your order select your preferred mode of payment

Do I need a prescription to buy drugs on your website?

Prescription is mandatory at our pill shop. You need to upload a scanned copy of the original prescription

How do I fulfill my prescription?

Upload a scanned copy of your prescription to our site and speak to one of our pharmacists for verification and availability. Once your location is agreed upon and payment is made, your prescription will be dispensed for pick up at your preferred address. 

How do I reset my account password? 

In case you forgot and don’t remember your account password, we have an option that is safe for resetting your password. When you log in, you will see an option that states “forgot password”.

Click on it and it will send you an automatic link to your email address where you can reset your password to your account.

Do you accept cash on delivery? 

Our site doesn’t accept cash on delivery. Payments are made via PayPal or through debit/credit cards

When our customers pay using debit/credit cards they’re assured of security. We utilized high standards of security in the world.

If I have specific health conditions how do I know what to purchase?
